We may use your name and contact details to communicate with you by email, phone, or other communication methods to provide the products and services to you that are offered through our Website, such as 3D renders, 3D animation, virtual tours and interactive tours.

We may use your name and contact details to communicate with you about the Services, for example to inform you about any new or changed features of The View or other information about the Services that may be useful or relevant to you, to respond to your questions or to offer you support. We may also contact you about the status of your user account, for example to confirm that your account is activated, to inform you that your account closed (for example in case you have deactivated your account or if you haven’t used it for a long time) or if we have the opinion that you have acted in violation of our user terms.
We may use your information, such us your name, e-mail address, interests and language preferences, to contact you with newsletters, personalized advertisements or other information about our services and products that may be of interest to you.
We do this only if you have explicitly given your consent to us to do so or if you have requested us to send you this information. When you have applied for a job
We use your personal data to process your application in case you have applied for a job at The View. Among others, the following data are processed: first name, last name, gender, date of birth, address, zip code, place of residence, telephone number, email address, educational level, availability, resume and motivation.

We may process your personal data in case we believe this is necessary for the purpose of fraud prevention and detection, for example in case we have reason to believe that unauthorized access to your account has taken place or if your account is used or otherwise involved in fraudulent activities. In such case we may also process your personal data where this is necessary for the purpose of resolving security incidents, to protect and secure your data or to communicate with you about the incident.
To improve our services
We may analyse your data in aggregated or pseudonymized form to improve our Services and for determining our product development goals and marketing strategies.

Change of control
