The Myrtle Hotel was still in the planning phase when the developers reached out to us. They wanted to visualize their floorplans for the hotel in virtual reality, but also to have an effective marketing tool for when the location opened to the public. The virtual tour was made to build interest in the location and gain a competitive advantage over rival hotels in the area. Allowing people to explore the hotel and its amenities in VR evokes emotional responses in guests and improves the chances of securing bookings.
