Penthouse 13

The developers of Penthouse 13 wanted to understand how their units would look prior to completion, and begin marketing the properties right away. Understanding the advantages of VR in real estate, they tasked us with providing a range of services using floorplans for one of the 15 living spaces. We made Penthouse 13 with both the developers and end-users in mind. 3D renders were produced to ensure that the visual style was in line with the client's vision and to use for marketing purposes. The interactive virtual tour was made so people could customize the units to meet their tastes.
